Private-preview terms.

These terms govern access to the current invite-only MailBridge AI preview operated by OVP Alternative Solutions SRL.

No public paid plan is active yet.

The current preview is for product validation. Public billing, final plan limits and paid-service commitments will be published separately before users are charged.

1. Service operator

MailBridge AI is operated by OVP Alternative Solutions SRL, Romania, CUI 48007925. Contact: contact@ovidiuvirgilpopescu.ro.

2. What the preview does

MailBridge AI connects a user-authorized standards-based mailbox to compatible AI workflows. The preview may list connected mailboxes, list messages and read a selected message with mail.read. Send and reply are available only with separate mail.send authorization and a configured outbound transport. Forward, delete, move and archive actions are not exposed in this release.

3. Your authority and responsibilities

You may connect only mailboxes and content you are authorized to access.
You are responsible for complying with your organization policies and the terms of your mailbox and AI providers.
You must keep MailBridge account credentials secure and must not attempt to bypass access controls, account isolation, rate limits or permission boundaries.
Do not use the preview for unlawful activity or to process data you are not entitled to access.

4. Credentials and connected services

Mailbox and outbound-transport credentials are configured in MailBridge deployment/setup surfaces and are not intended to be pasted into an AI conversation. MailBridge depends on third-party infrastructure, the upstream mailbox provider, an outbound transport when send/reply is enabled, and the AI platform you choose. Availability or policy changes at those services may affect MailBridge.

5. Preview status

The service is under active development. Features, limits and interfaces may change. We may suspend or restrict access when necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or product changes. The private preview does not include a production SLA.

6. Fees

No public subscription billing is enabled as of the last-updated date below. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, renewal/cancellation rules and any consumer information required by applicable law will be presented before a charge is created.

7. Privacy and data

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. Disconnecting MailBridge removes the MailBridge connection; it does not delete the upstream mailbox or its messages.

8. Intellectual property

MailBridge AI, its software, interface and original materials are owned by or licensed to OVP Alternative Solutions SRL, except for third-party components and user content. Connecting a mailbox does not transfer ownership of mailbox content to OVP Alternative Solutions.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. OVP Alternative Solutions is not responsible for failures caused by third-party mailbox providers, AI platforms, internet infrastructure or unauthorized use of user credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Ending access

You may stop using the service and disconnect connected mailboxes. You may request account deletion through support. We may end preview access for security, abuse, legal or product reasons.

11. Governing law

These preview terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to a user under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
