What to include

• what you were trying to do;
• the mailbox provider or hosting type, such as cPanel or Advanced IMAP;
• the approximate time the problem occurred;
• the support request reference shown at the bottom of the MailBridge page, plus any visible error code;
• whether the issue concerns account access, mailbox connection or AI authorization.

Never send us

Do not send mailbox passwords, MailBridge passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, MFA/OTP codes, invite tokens, password-reset links or full private email contents in a support message.

Account and privacy requests

The same contact address can be used to request account deletion, mailbox-connection assistance or exercise a privacy right. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an account-specific request.

Security reports

If you believe you found a security issue, use the subject MailBridge AI security report and describe the issue without exploiting or exposing other users. Do not include secrets.

Current limitations

Send/reply requires explicit mail.send authorization and configured outbound delivery. Forward, delete, move and archive are not part of the current release.
